As a general guideline, plan for 1.5–2 pounds (680–910 g) of food per person if serving buffet-style—this includes mains, sides, and desserts. For plated meals, estimate 6–8 oz (170–227 g) of protein plus a few ounces of sides per guest. Always add a 5–10% buffer for seconds, hearty appetites, or last-minute guests

Just let us know as soon as possible—ideally at least 24 hours before your reservation—so we can offer the table to other guests. You can cancel easily via the link in your confirmation email or by calling us directly.
